✅ **Timeframe:** Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery 

✅ **Condition:** Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition (e.g., sealed beverage cases, unopened utensil packs)

**Please Note:** 

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item delivered) 

- Perishable or opened beverage cases cannot be returned for safety reasons
